Mettherm's high-temperature pumps are used for transferring molten metal, especially suitable for lead molten metal. Because these pumps are centrifugal, with bearings located out of the hot material, very little maintenance is required.
They are available with electric motors. Our pumps utilize electric motors of about 5 HP to 15 HP. These pumps are fabricated with SS 304 and are impeller fabricated and machined with SS 316-L with wider steel fabricated base frame and variable heights as per requirement.
They are fitted with heavy duty bearing pipe SS-316-L1 ¼ ‘’ DIAMETER.
Heavy duty hooks are mounted to the pedestal to lower the pump into the molten material discharge.
